About SheTech
SheTech is the Women Tech Council’s industry-led high school program designed to activate, engage, and inspire girls at the moment their future choices begin to take shape. As the first step in WTC’s talent pipeline, SheTech connects students to hands-on experiences, industry mentors, education pathways, and real-world opportunities that help them see where they belong in STEM—and how they can lead. Through a connected set of programs including SheTech Explorer Day, student leadership boards, internships, clubs, scholarships, and post-graduation opportunities, SheTech grows with girls from curiosity to confidence to career direction. With more than 40,000 girls activated, 1,000+ mentors engaged annually, and a growing economic impact driven by SheTech graduates entering the workforce, the program doesn’t just inspire interest in STEM—it builds identity, access, and momentum for the next generation of women shaping the future of technology.
